Home Workout 1:
Warm up: 40s each x1
1. Jump squat
2. Walking lunges
3. Plank in and out jumps
4. Press ups
Round 1 x3: 1 minute 30 seconds rest between rounds
1. Air sumo squats – 50 reps
2. Bulgarian split squat – 30 reps (15 reps per leg)
3. Broad jumps – 10 reps
Round 2 x3: 1 minute 30 seconds rest between rounds
1. 10 push up into star plank
2. 15-20 press ups
3. 20 butterfly sit ups
Home Workout 2:
1. Air squat
2. Walking lunges
3. Side lunges (15 seconds per side)
4. Kneeling get-ups
5. Air sumo squat
Repeat as many times as you wish
Rest time: 30 seconds on each exercise
