New Style Chicken Buns – Perfect for Snacks & Parties

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup warm milk
1/2 Table sp yeast
1 Table sp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3-4 tbsp oil or butter
Filling:
200g chicken (cooked & shredded)
1 small onion, finely chopped
half capsicum cut in cubes
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tsp chili sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Table sp soya sauce
1 -2 Table sp of cream cheese or cream
1/2 cup cheese for topping

Method:
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and milk → knead into soft dough → let it rise 2 hr.
fry garlic → add chicken, chili sauce, salt & pepper → & soya sauce hot sauce mix well.
add onion capsicum & turn off flame add cream cheese & keep aside.
Divide dough → roll, stuff with chicken filling → seal and shape buns put some cheese optional
apply egg wash.
Bake at 200°C for 15–20min or until golden.
Enjoy warm, soft chicken buns straight from the oven!
