Описание: Meredith Monroe ’10, ’16g Bus is a Senior Manager in the People Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP (EY). She is a driven professional with organizational transformation experience involving change management, strategic communications, training development and delivery, and project management. Prior to her current role, she spent four years as a manager and two years as a Senior Consultant at EY.

Before embarking on her MBA at the Smeal College of Business in 2014, Monroe spent three and a half years at Boeing, advancing her career through three different roles. In her various roles, Monroe prepared and analyzed weekly performance reports, supported engineering and operations in the management of multimillion dollar budgets, and helped resolve critical path and network logic conflicts for two large-scale government projects.

Monroe is a terrific advocate of the Smeal College of Business through her volunteer and philanthropic activities. As a graduate student, she helped lead the 17th annual S.T.A.R.T. Conference and served as the president of the Penn State Women’s MBA Association. After graduating with her Smeal MBA, Monroe served as the chair for the Office of Diversity Enhancement Programs’ Alumni Advisory Board, working to support Smeal students and alumni from underrepresented communities. She currently serves on the Smeal MBA Alumni Advisory Board. In fall 2020, Monroe helped champion Smeal’s Giving Tuesday efforts by offering a 1:1 match for gifts to support the college’s Diversity Enhancement Programs. The campaign, which set a record for the number of individual donors, raised more than $14,000.

Monroe lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with her husband Zachary Chester ’20.
