Foreigners at Tunisia's Sahara Desert Festival (our eyes were opened!)

Описание: In this Tunisia travel vlog we have 2 of the most hectic days yet! Firstly we explore an ancient medina in Sfax, feeling the Tunisian hospitality and exploring off the tourist track. Then the madness really begins at the Sahara Desert Festival in Douz! We experience huge crowds, chaos on the roads, friendly locals and animals, lots of animals!

The Sahara Desert festival is a yearly celebration of Berber culture and everything that comes along with it! There is camel racing, horse racing, dog racing, camel fighting and every type of Berber dress and musical instrument you can think of! We get to experience this first hand, accidentally sneaking into the press area where we have free roam of the entire arena to get up close and personal with the local Berber people.
