🎯 Want Straight Nightguard Borders? Do This
By default, exocad creates a scalloped edge when detecting splint borders.
But if you want a straighter boundary, here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Expand the Margin Detection Parameters
2️⃣ In the dropdown, select “Detect sides of teeth”
3️⃣ Max out the “Two-point threshold per tooth” setting
4️⃣ Click Detect Margin
The result? A cleaner, straighter line—automatically.
