Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese Ingredients:
1:15 -2 tbsp or 27g Butter
1:23 -2 tbsp or 27g Flour
1:53 -1.5 cups or 375ml Milk
2:25 -8oz or 226g Cream Cheese
2:46 -2 cups or 226g Mild Cheddar Cheese
3:10 -1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
3:13 -1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper – add more if you like it really spicy
3:16 -1/8 tsp Black Pepper
3:19 -Dash of Salt to taste
3:29 -3/4 cup or 188ml Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce
4:07 -4-5 cups or 3 Chicken Breast – Shredded
4:33 -3.5 cups or 454g Dry Macaroni
Baked Buffalo Chicken Mac N Cheese Version:
5:28 -2 tbsp or 30ml Buffalo Wing Hot Sauce
5:35 -1/2 cup or 57g Mild Cheddar Cheese

Cook in oven at 350˚F or 176˚C for 15 to 20 minutes

Serves 6 to 8
