Your 6 a.m. Greater Cleveland and Northeast Ohio weather forecast for September 28, 2024:
Helene continues to spin over parts of Kentucky and Indiana. Waves of showers continue within the "tropical envelope" that will impact our weather.
Mainly dry conditions are expected throughout the day, but conditions are expected to deteriorate later this evening as showers develop just before the midnight hour from south to north.
Highs will be near 77 degrees today with mostly cloudy skies and a passing shower or sprinkle cannot be ruled out.
Rain developing tonight and showers will persist into Sunday. Overnight lows drop to around 64.
