In this video, I demonstrate how to cook my recipe for Chipotle Pork and Beans, outdoors in a dutch oven.
Ingredients:
Pork Rub Broth
2 teaspoons Salt 3 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon Cumin
2.5 lbs pork
1 large yellow onion
1 small can tomato past
1- 7 oz can chipotle en Adobo
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon all spice
4 bay leaves
3 - 16 oz cans beans.
