🏋🏼♀️ A 10-min. olympic lifting warm up for the clean & jerk that combines mobility drills to prime the body & barbell complexes to prime the brain.
🎯 Target areas: lower (hips, ankles) + upper body (wrists, shoulders, t-spine)
💭 How To Use: before your lifting or functional fitness session
🔧 Equipment:
1x wall ball or bench
1x weight / plate - I used a 10kg/25lbs
1x PVC or broom stick
1x barbell + rack

Here’s an easy-to-follow olympic lifting warm up for your intermediate-advanced lifter.
We’re starting off with movement prep / mobility to prime our joints and get deeper into the range of motion needed for lifting.
The following 3 complexes are designed to emphasise different patterns of your clean & jerk and help you get more specific in your lifting prep before working on individually-chosen areas.
FYI: The self-guided work will require some knowledge around technique & positions which is why this is a more intermediate-advanced warm up.
