Описание: Yesterday, December 31st, marked the grand finale of our Chopta birding tour with one of the most incredible Himalayan Monal sightings ever.

The Perfect Timing
We arrived just minutes early to the spot where the Monal often crosses the road – and it happened right on cue. From its eye-level position on the nearby slope, it scanned attentively before crossing slowly and settling roadside to feed calmly.

Guests Capture Magic
Our guests lay flat on the ground for stunning eye-level shots as it lingered comfortably for ages. A vehicle startled it up the cliff briefly, but it returned to the slope, feeding undisturbed while we watched quietly.

Continued Birding Adventure
The male kept climbing higher on the edge, munching away. Spotting calling females ahead, he flew to the opposite hillside, where we found him hidden in trees – jumping branches, feeding close-up.
