It’s not just a warm-up — it’s a pre-roll ritual that protects my body.
⚔️ Before every roll, I run through these 6 movements to:
🔹 Activate my nervous system
🔹 Load my joints safely
🔹 Prime my hips, spine, and wrists
🔹 Prevent injury before it happens
The Flow:
1. Bird Dog Reach → Core stability + coordination
2. Deep Squat Reset → Hip + ankle mobility = base & guard power
3. Crawl Load → Wrist prep + posting confidence
4. Bridge Lock → Glute drive + upa efficiency
5. Seated Twist → Spinal release + rotation for passing
6. Thread Flow → Shoulder decompression + nervous system calm
