Lately, I’ve been living slower than usual.
Not because I have everything figured out —
but because I finally allowed myself to pause.
My mid-twenties have been full of movement:
education, work, survival, change, responsibility.
So much happened that I never really stopped to ask
how I was doing.
This video is me choosing stillness.
Sitting with my thoughts.
Revisiting old choices.
Letting healing happen quietly, without urgency.
These are not exciting days.
They are gentle days.
And right now, that feels enough.
The book Before the Coffee Gets Cold appears at the end as a metaphor —
a reminder to be present before moments pass unnoticed.
