To do this hairstyle, make sure you have all of your hair products you need to achieve these twists such as; braiding hair, crochet braid, parting combs, edge control, scissors and optionally gold thread.

I added gold metallic thread to my Senegalese twists to create a new spin on a classic protective hairstyle.

I used a total of 5 packages of kanekalon braiding hair that I cut down to the length of 14 inches and then I added 8 inch pieces of ocean wave crochet curly hair to the ends of my twists.

After braiding all of my Senegalese twists, I believe I had about 130 to 150 Senegalese twists in total on my head!
