The villagers, including the sarpanch, women, students, and the priest of the ancient Nagarkot Baba temple (16:51-17:00), appeal to the government and district administration to address these pressing issues, emphasizing that the village should be treated as a "first village" for development, as per Prime Minister Modi's statements (14:00-14:04, 19:13-19:17).
