2 cup Maida
1/2 cup Whole wheat Flour
3 tbsp Ghee
Water
2 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Coriander Seeds
2 tsp carom seeds
2 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Kasuri Methi To Taste
Hing
Pinch of baking soda
Salt
Method
Firstly , add black pepper, carom seeds, Fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds in to a mixer and grind to powder .
In a bowl take flour, add the ground masala, salt, hing, baking soda, Kasuri Methi and Ghee and mix well till bread crumbs are formed
Add Luke warm water and knead to tight dough .
Cover the dough with wet cloth and leave aside for 15 minutes to rest
Take small portions of dough and press between palms and then give a look of finger pressing on top.
Prick with fork
If you want to deep fry, fry on medium high flame till golden brown
For baking , bake at 170 degree for 15 minutes till golden and crisp.
Store in an airtight box
