04:44 = note with first door code
07:57 = first door
10:04 = retrieving hard drive from PC (there are others throughout the video)
11:24 = safe with documents providing another door code via PDA entry
24:14 = coolant valve
25:44 = second door, unlocked using the code from the Duty X10 documents found at 11:24
25:58 = obtaining the two ROM modules to install in X-8
26:45 = room with note from Ghost and switch to disable psi-emitter
28:27 = third door, unlocked using code given to you by Associate Professor after showing him the schematics retrieved in Labyrinth
30:09 = picking up ammo on the way out; one type of ammo is spawned randomly
33:23 = quick escape
