Bread Samosa Cone

Ingredients for Samosa Filling:
Boiled potatoes (mashed) 2 cups
Boiled chicken (shredded) 2 cups
Carrot (chopped) 1 cup
Onion (chopped) 1 cup
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Green chilies (chopped) 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Bread Samosa Cone:
Bread slices as required
Beaten eggs as required
Prepared samosa filling as required
Ice cream sticks as required
Bread crumbs as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Directions for Samosa Filling Preparation:
In a bowl add mashed potatoes, boiled chicken, carrot, onion, green onion, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, garlic powder, green chilies and mix it well. Set aside.
Directions for Bread Samosa Cone Preparation:
Take the bread slice and remove its edges. Now flatten it with the rolling pin.
Now brush the egg on one side of the bread, fold the bread into cone shape and combine the edges together.
Fill it with prepared samosa filling, place an ice cream stick in the filling. Brush the egg again on the edges and enclose the filling in the bread by sealing the edges around the ice cream stick.
Now dip it in beaten eggs, coat in bread crumbs and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
Your Samosa Bread Cones are ready. Serve and enjoy.
