Описание:
On 3/21/2016, an unknown black male subject arrived at the Exxon located at 598 S.H. 342 in Red Oak. The black male subject purchased two bananas and paid with a $50.00 bill. This subject proceeded with the quick change scam and was able to scam the unsuspecting cashier out of an extra $220.00. The unidentified black male exited a tan 4 door car that is possibly a Ford or a Mercury. Still photos of the suspect and vehicle are at the end of the video along with an explanation on how the scam works.
