This system is the result of over a year of development at our headquarters in Boyertown, Pennsylvania, where every stage of the project happened under one roof.

Designed, engineered, prototyped, cut, welded, tested, revised and rebuilt completely in house in Boyertown, PA, USA 🇺🇸

We began by 3D scanning the entire 5.2L V10 platform, allowing our engineering team to develop a completely new header architecture from scratch.

The result is our Full Equalized 5 to 1 Header system.

Unlike the factory configuration, which produces an uneven firing acoustic character, our header design equalizes exhaust pulse timing through carefully calculated primary lengths and collector geometry. This dramatically changes the way the engine sounds as RPM climbs.

To achieve this, we went through:

• Multiple merge collector designs
• Countless primary length revisions
• Extensive sound frequency analysis
• Real world testing and refinement

We also built all fabrication jigs in house, allowing us to maintain precise geometry and repeatability throughout development.

Every single section of these headers was hand welded by our team, ensuring both structural integrity and perfect exhaust flow.

When paired with the Valvetronic True F1 Catback, the result is a completely transformed sound signature.

The uneven firing tone of the factory 5.2L V10 becomes a higher pitched, even firing inspired scream, reminiscent of the legendary 5.0L Gallardo, while maintaining the razor sharp top end character that made the Lexus LFA and Porsche Carrera GT famous.
