Strategy 1: This part of the fight is just a standard boss fight; she attacks once per turn and pretty much just spams AoE Dyne abilities. Once you get her below 10% she will become impervious to your attacks then all you do is just wait out 3 turns for the next phase.

Strategy 2: This is the real fight, she gets two attacks per turn and she has some nasty abilities to go along with it. If she Mind Charges, you will want to either guard or use Naoto's ultimate ability: Shield of Justice gained from her 3rd Tier Persona. The real threat in this fight is her "World's End" ability which will deal heavy Almighty Damage along with a 100% chance Enervation if hit. If she used World's End her first attack she will most likely combo it with a "Summon to Yomi" which instant kills anyone inflicted with a status ailment. There's no telling when she will use World's End but she has a tendency to use it after Mind Charging once you get her below 50% HP. You must guard or use Naoto's ability or you will be in alot of trouble. Once she starts casting "Thousand Curses" at 10% you've won the battle and beaten the game!

Comment: This is the best party for this fight in my opinion, due to all of their ultimate abilities actually being extremely useful. Yukiko's freakishly high magic stat makes Burning Petals quite devastating. Chie's Dragon Hustle is an AoE Heat Riser which is OP (costs a ton of SP, but you should have alot of SP restoring items at this point). And last, Naoto's Shield of Justice for reasons explained above. As for Personae recommendations, I guess an Attis for Enduring Soul if your having problems with the World's End/Summons to Yomi combo, otherwise just have a Persona with no elemental weaknesses and you should be fine. This game is sooo much easier than Persona 3. =P
