🔧 Unlocking the Lexicon LXP-1’s Hidden MIDI Power!
Ever wondered how to unleash the full MIDI control on your Lexicon LXP-1 reverb box and turn it into an absolute powerhouse? Unlike the LXP-5 multi-effects unit, which conveniently has a switch on the back, the LXP-1 keeps its secrets tucked away inside. So today, I’m cracking open the mystery box to show you how I accessed the jumper that unlocks its true potential.
⚠️ Heads-up: There are multiple LXP-1 revisions out there. Some users on Gearspace mentioned a latch or cable connector attached to the rear nuts (that have the gear washers round them) - mine didn’t have that. Both of mine came from China and seem to be the final revision based on the chipsets.
