1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
2 roasted chiles poblanos
2 jalapeños or 1 serrano
1 Roma tomato
1/2 cup of onion
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup of queso fresco
1 tbsp chicken bouillon

Queso fresco ingredients
3 cups of whole milk
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/3 cup of vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
