Goodbye evil Indian Ocean, hello beautiful Atlantic!!! The Indian was by far the most difficult of the three oceans we've crossed, so when we rounded Cape Agulhas on our last passage around South Africa and officially entered into Atlantic waters again, it was worth celebrating.

We had two more passages to complete to sail around South Africa, first sailing from East London to St. Francis and then on to Cape Town. The Indian Ocean made sure we didn't celebrate too early, as we discovered a significant leak in our escape hatches and faced more Force 9 conditions, including some huge waves. But a tour of the Nexus/Balance catamaran factory in St. Francis and the beautiful sight of Table Mountain appearing out of the fog was enough to keep spirits high!
