A wealthy businessman and his wife die in a plane crash, leaving their only young son, Abbas Khan (Abhishek Sharma) to inherit the property. Police suspects that his death was not an accident. Fearing Abbas life might be in danger too, a personal bodyguard, Inspector Rajveer Singh (Sunny Deol) is assigned to him. Rajveer, after rigorous police training to eliminate hardened criminals, is shocked to find that his job is to protect a nine-year-old. But the more he sticks around, the more he senses the danger surrounding Abbas. He also falls in love with Abba's guardian, Sapna Khanna (Manisha Koirala). Will Rajveer find out who killed Abbas' parents and stop the criminal before he gets to Abbas?
