This episode of Steve's Bush Cooking, he creates Somerset Pork in Cider or Apple Juice.
Steve has cooked hundreds of meals in the woods so by request he has create a series of Bush Cooking episodes, over the series he will be cooing on gas, hexy, gel and spirit burners along with the campfire.
In coming episodes Steve will be making camp kitchen items, showing wood mixes for cooking along with cooking everything from roasts to pies.

2 x Cumberland Sausage
1 x Packet of Schwartz Somerset Pork Casserole Mix
1 x Small Double Cream
1 x Sweet Potato
1 x Red Onion
1 x 500ml of Still Cider or Apple Juice
Garlic to Taste
Salt and Pepper to Taste
