Today I will share my reflections after the 3rd lesson in my studies for the Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills.
In this video I will explain what the counselling contract is and how it protects the clients. I will also share my study group's ideas about a perfect counselling room and how it is different from what we usually see in the movies. Finally, I will give you a simple advice on how one can be more prepared for anxiety attacks and how important it is to remember that we are not alone.
