You'll need a cutting tool (ex: Dremel with metal cutoff discs), pliers, heat source (ex: lighter or propane torch), 4.5 cm / 1 5/8" dia (measured when flat) heat shrink rod grip tubing, qty 3 1-oz egg weights, spare baggie, and about 30 min.
