Designing an Evaluation Suite for AI Model Accuracy

2) Pick a dataset and prioritize which segments matter most
3) Which metrics correlate the most with perceived quality
4) Where can automation be used and where are humans necessary
5) Define success criteria - I like the good, better, best model
6) Require error logs to determine why something failed (categorize similar error types)
7) Set up regression testing to ensure new changes don’t break existing functionality
