Azure keeps developing, and so Microsoft's exam about Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant, the PL-200, continues to change. The next changes are happening on September 30, 2022.

There have been some huge changes to the later parts of the exam requirements. The major changes are:
Reduction in the bullet points for model-driven and canvas apps.
Renaming of Portal Apps to Power Pages,
Removal of desktop flows.
Changing “Implement Microsoft Power Virtual Agents chatbots” to “Describe”.
Removal of AI Builder and templates.
Removal of Manage solutions, and the substitution of “Define an environment strategy”.
Addition of “Create and use dataflows”
