Indonesia, the fourth most populous country globally, has over 279 million people, the majority of whom speak Indonesian, making it one of the world's most widely spoken languages.

Filipino, part of the Austronesian language family, is the national language of the Philippines and one of its two official languages, alongside English. It is a standardized variety of Tagalog, spoken and written primarily in Metro Manila, the National Capital Region, and other urban areas in the Philippines.
