After boiling the rice in water, cook it on low heat for 20 minutes.
soaked basmati rice - 2 cup
Water- 5 cup [If in a cooker, four glasses of water]
Ghee- 1 tablespoon
Oil- 2 tablespoon
Cinnamon - 3 piece
cardamom - 3
bay leaf - 1
star Anise- 1
Fennel seeds - 1 teaspoon
Green chilli- 4
Onion- 2
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tablespoon
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Kashmiri chilli - 1 tablespoon
Chilli powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Coriander powder- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tablespoon
Tomato- 3
Beans - 1/4 cup
Carrot- 1/4 cup
Potato- 1/4 cup
fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
Curd - 2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
