Day 3 of my 7 Days Weight Loss Series!
Today, I’m sharing a super easy, crunchy, and healthy Masala Makhana recipe made with just ½ tsp ghee for extra taste. Perfect as a guilt-free snack for weight loss and quick cravings.
✨ Ingredients:
2 cups Makhana
½ tsp Ghee
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Turmeric
Black Pepper
Chaat Masala
Jeera Powder
(Optional) Kasuri Methi
✨ Method:
1. Heat ½ tsp ghee in a pan and add 2 cups makhana.
2. Roast well until crispy.
3. Add all spices.
4. Add a little ghee for better coating of spices.
5. Toss well and serve warm.
