Heath Bar Cookie Recipe
10 tablespoons salted butter - softened
1 cup brown sugar - packed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg - at room temperature
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup Heath toffee bits
Chill the dough for 45 minutes. Take it out to scoop the cookies, then put it back in the fridge between batches so it doesn’t soften. Repeat until all cookies are scooped, then bake.
