Almond Bark is one of my favorite ingredients to use when baking. It is very versatile and super easy to work with. I use it in just about anything that can be dipped whether its truffles, cake pops, or even strawberries! The possibilities are endless.

This is the first episode in my brand new series called Simply Elegant’s HOW TO VIDEOS. The purpose of these videos will be to demonstrate certain techniques and ways to achieve elegant results.
Almond Bark can be found in just about any major retailer and supermarket. If you cannot find almond bark, feel free to use chocolate chips. You will just need to be more careful when melting it in the microwave by microwaving the chips in 20 second intervals and stirring every 20 seconds as well as they tend to burn really easily.
