Romesco:
• Romesco -- the Most Delicious Spanish Sauce
Side:
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, sliced
pinch of chili flakes
15 oz can of black beans, drained (other beans are fine)
2 Tbsp romesco
2 Tbsp golden raisins
2 Tbsp pine nuts
1/3 Lb baby spinach (or whatever will fit in the pan)
Squirt of lemon juice
2 tsp butter
Salt to taste
