Here are the manualy timed laps. Only had a few unimpeaded laps and this was my first session on the bike. With better conrol of the suspension and some better track knowledge I am confident I can pick seconds off the time.
1:12.54
1:11.91
1:14.78
1:16.02
1:11.95
1:20.0
With that said, here are times from my TMGP Endurance bike for comparison: (TTR125 motor)
Lap 1: 1:15.34
Lap 2: 1:07.90
Lap 3: 1:06.76
Lap 4: 1:08.27
Lap 5: 1:06.94
VMC 110 laptimes (borrowed bike)
Lap 1: 1:06.49
Lap 2: 1:04.71
Lap 3: 1:05.11
Lap 4: 1:08.28
Lap 5: 1:05.81
Lap 6: 1:05.76
Lap 7: 1:05.52
Lap 8: 1:05.90
Lap 9: 1:05.70
Lap 10: 1:06.1
Sadly this is the ONLY Greenger video I successfully got at the track. Turns out my helmet cam got tipped up toward the sky at some point in the others vids. My other 4 sessions at the track are nothing but sky...
On top of that, my AIM SOLO2 didn't have a trackmap for Kartmoto, so I tried to create one on the fly. This also failed. I did many laps, and a graphic showing the track appearing on the solo2. I thought it recorded my sessions on the Kayo MR125 and on the Greenger G3s. I really wanted to compare the speeds on track for both to compare. Back at home, the SOLO2 had ZERO downloadable files on it. Completely useless.
Takeaways:
In the absence of facts, here are my observations:
1. Kartmoto has a start finish straight that goes uphill the whole length. then it goes back down the hill with some kinks mixed in for roughly the same distance. The Greenger hit "redline" going uphill and downhill. Clearly the motor will only spin up to a maximum speed. Going uphill, it was maxed out BEFORE the start/finish line, about 40% of the way up the hill. So it needs taller gearing.
2. The bike was brand new (and under warranty). I did about 20 laps then the rear tire started losing air pressure really quickly. I live 220 miles from the nearest dealer. I won't be taking this in for repair. Clearly something is wrong with the tube. I pulled the valve core out of the stem on the inner tube and reseated and tightened the valve core. It still lost pressure. About 1 PSI per minute. Was going to wait a while before modifying the bike. This problem ended my day early. So I will be expediting my upgrade to cast aluminum wheels. No more innertubes, I am done with them. I will remove and repair the rear wheel to find out how exactly it failed. But tubeless tires is the only answer for me. (I already bought the wheels anyways.)

3. The bike is made for a rider max 130 lbs. I am way over that. The rear shock cannot cope with that for track use. I had to ride VERY smoothly and the footpegs touch down everywhere even doing that. The fork feels better than the back. This bike squats like mad at corner exit. I dialed in all the preload I dared into the shock and added 6 clicks of damping. My videos of riding after doing that are messed up so no numbers to backup how much that helped. Suffice to say, it isn't in the ballpark I can't turn the bike as quickly as I need to start to claw back at the laptimes the Kayo MR125 put down.
Raising the footpegs up to get a bit more lean angle:

4. I rode the bike ~20 min at a time. From a full charge it dropped the most in my last session to 60%. As soon as I came in, I plugged it in after about 40 min it was back up to ~80%. I rode the bike 3x. I ended the day at 40% and didn't plug it back in at that point since the rear tire problem ended the day. The battery can be physically swapped in 5 min. A second battery probably would be all that is needed to make this an all day ride. BUT, the dealer estimated a spare battery, is roughly $1800. For now I am not jumping on that option. We'll see once I start correcting the issues that hold this back from being a viable racebike.
Based on how the first rides went, I am encouraged that the fixes are achievable.
