This is at Mammoth Hot Springs, inside Yellowstone, in January 2025. It was about 20 degrees that morning, and sunny, with only a handful of others present on the snow-covered boardwalks and paths.
Below is a list of products that I recommend for use by those who camp in winter like myself. This trip to Yellowstone was three days, with two nights spent sleeping in my van in as low as minus one degrees. These products kept me warm!...

(I will be posting a review of the ZONLI battery powered blanket soon. I have now tested it four times in the field, in as low an outside temperature as below zero. It does work, impressively, for four hours at its highest setting, and about six hours at its lowest setting.)

I also recommend the MR HEATER BUDDY! It can be found on several websites. Note (for when using in an enclosed space): Always keep a window open (or two) to allow for the carbon monoxide to escape.
