Sounds are all around us, from birds chirping and waves lapping against a coastline to cars honking in traffic. But sometimes sounds are put together in purposeful ways to create a specific atmosphere or to express ideas or emotions.
A perfect amalgamation of western and classical music, The Crochets is a Tabla and Guitar duo performing fusions with different rhythmic melodic contacts.
Akshat Seth who hails from an Indian classical background in the duo is a percussionist and Udit Gupta is a Guitarist with western music foundation. Together these two have the potential to entrap anyone in a mesmerizing trance! percussionist of the group and Udit Gupta, who is a Guitarist with foundation in Western Music.
Both of the two are youth artists and having performed at different stages, the team, which began just as an examination has turned into a real gamete.
