The Division 2- "Ninja" The COUNTER TO PESTILENCE THAT SO MANY THOUGHT COULDN'T BE DONE! (tu9)

Hey everyone, I don’t know about you all but I was getting really tired of being recked by True Patriot/Pestilence builds every time we fight. And so I wanted to make a build that is dedicated to being a formidable adversary against that META. Now, a few things to note is that when trying to discover any counter for a build you must first find out the weaknesses of that build you are trying to counter. So let me tell you the weaknesses of True Patriot/Pestilence so you can understand why this is a counter.
1. High DMG to Armor (19%, TP usually has high armor).
2. The pop shot with shotguns in and out of cover avoids the face tank (Which is what TP relies on for its stacks)
3. I am tanky as well (1.2M armor +Unbreakable+firewall armor kit, so you can sustain in a fight).
4. The crit in each shotgun pellet could be 450-700% (2-4 crits within each buckshot)
5. The automatic reload from cover 2 cover and vaulting, you also get bonus armor while performing a cover 2 cover with firewall.
So as you can see this is a very viable solution to a lot of your problems when it come to this type of build. Please comment down below and let me know what you think of this.
