Carol Thompson currently has both permanent foster and her own cats. She runs a 501(c)(3) feline rescue (The Kevin Memorial Foundation) dedicated to special needs kitties. Carol started the Foundation because she was frustrated with the quality of basic veterinary care that rescued cats were receiving. The Foundation offers cats expert veterinary and home nursing care that some cats need to survive.
