Did you know you can get paid to be a caregiver for your loved one through Medicaid’s IHSS (In-Home Supportive Services) program? In this video, I walk you through exactly how I became an IHSS provider in California — from the first phone calls, paperwork, and background checks, all the way to direct deposit and annual assessments.

If you’re caring for a parent, spouse, child, or family member, you don’t have to do it for free. This program is designed to help caregivers while allowing recipients (patients) to stay in their own homes with dignity and independence.
