In Chapter 2 I go into goal planning and different methods of how you can set your goals including the mäkselife system, the 54321 Method by Ryder Carrol, The 12 Week Year and the HB90 Method by Sarra Cannon. In the last part of the video I show you that you can easily set your goals with the use of SMART systems without any fancy planners and just put it all down with the mighty pencil and a simple sheet of paper.
