Today you'll hear my personal thoughts on "How to Communicate with Black Men"

I was raised by a single black man, I've been married to my black husband for 10 years, and I've also worked with high powered black men in the workplace so I have a lot of experience communicating with black men. I've made some mistakes along the way, and have learned a lot. The advice in this video will help whether you are dating a black man, married to a black man, trying to get to know a black man, or even working with a black man and having trouble in your communication with him. What you can look forward to in this video is a detailed description of the following

(1) How to stay calm in your conversation with a black man
(2) How to show respect while you're talking to black men, so that your message can be heard and well received
(3) How to speak directly but not disrespectfully (men are direct communicators, so if you want them to pay attention to what you're saying you need to keep it short and sweet)
(4) Ask questions to avoid assumptions
(5) Forgive! Black men don't often get second chances, so you can really bless your relationship with a black man by considering forgiveness
