Please note this addon seems to only work in Blender versions up to 2.93. You can download that latest working version here:

The pointcloud is made using Reality Capture, but heads up there is a new version of Meshroom available which will also make you a nice pointcloud and it's free and open source: https://alicevision.org/#meshroom
