Teresa Wilson spent much of her early life trying to become someone other than herself — plagued by anxiety, self-criticism, and shame, while carrying an inner vision of who she could be. A turning point came with a simple yet profound realization: peace doesn’t come from fixing ourselves, but from becoming more fully who we already are.

For over a decade, Teresa has worked as a coach across diverse settings — from prisons to boardrooms, from interns to CEOs, from women fleeing domestic violence to senior civil servants. Again and again, she has witnessed the same human experience: the gap between our lived reality and our perceived self.
