INDIAN SUSHI PLATTER
(PANEER TIKKA SUSHI and CHICKEN SEEKH SUSHI)
INGREDIENTS - INDIAN SUSHI PLATTER | PANEER TIKKA SUSHI | CHICKEN SEEKH SUSHI
Sushi rice - 3/4 cup
Water - 2 cups
Salt - 1/4 tablespoon
White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons
(Paneer tikka marination)
Salt - 1/4 tablespoon
Kashmiri red chilli powder- 1/4 tablespoon
Garam masala - 1/4 tablespoon
Coriander powder- 1/4 tbsp
Tandoori masala - 1/4 tbsp
Chaat masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Refined oil - 6 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 no
Paneer cut in cuboidal - 150 gms
NORI SHEETS - 2 nos
Chicken seekh - 1 nos
Chicken salami - 3 pieces
Capsicum - 1 no
Onion - 1 no
Soy sauce - 1 small bowl
Wasabi - 1 tbsp
Pickled ginger - 10 gms
METHOD OF PREPARATION -INDIAN SUSHI PLATTER | PANEER TIKKA SUSHI | CHICKEN SEEKH SUSHI
1. Take a pan to add washed sushi rice, water and salt and let it boil then cover and cook till no water is left and rice becomes sticky.
2. Transfer it in a separate bowl and add rice wine vinegar and mix properly and let the rice cool down.
(PANEER TIKKA SUSHI)
1. Now take a deep plate to add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, tandoori masala, chaat masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, refined oil and lemon and prepare marination and add paneer cuboids and coat it properly with marination.
2. Take a pan to add oil and add marinated paneer pieces and brown from all the sides and transfer in a separate plate.
3. Now take sushi mat place a nori sheet on it and spread sushi rice on it and place cooked paneer pieces in the middle.
4. Now place sliced capsicum and onions in the middle and roll up tightly using sushi mat.
5. Now divide it from the centre and cut it in equal parts and transfer in a plate for plating.
( CHICKEN SEEKH SUSHI)
1. Now take sushi mat place a nori sheet on it and spread sushi rice on it and place chicken salami and chicken seekh in the middle.
2. roll up tightly using sushi mat.
3. Now divide it from the centre and cut it in equal parts and transfer in a plate for plating.
(For plating )
1. Now serve with soy sauce, pickled ginger and wasabi !!
