Morning Fire~Gene Burnett & Victor Cummings

Описание: Here's my song "Morning Fire" and some of our beautiful Southern Oregon sky.

This song was written in 1981 but recorded in 1987 on the first album I worked on with Victor Cummings, which was called "Gyroscope Heart". At the time Vic had a three-piece band with Mark Taylor (Percussion) and Martin Sutlovich (Bass) and they agreed to back me up. We rehearsed for a few weeks, went into Reciprocal Recording in Seattle and recorded almost all of the songs live to stereo in one session. We recorded one more song in a second session and that was our first album. Vic and I decided to form an acoustic duo shortly afterwards which led to 10 years of recording and performing together.

"Morning Fire" is from the compilation album "Gene Burnett & Victor Cummings~The Early Years" and, like all of my songs, it's available for downloading free or with a donation at www.GeneBurnett.com It's also available at iTunes and CD Baby and other e-retailers of music, where it might be faster and easier to find...but it'll cost you a buck.
