In this tutorial, you are going to learn how to create a new website directory and how to mange your files inside of it. Here i also show how you can get your directory into the dreamweaver. Then we move ahead showing how you create your very first html document and an external css file. After that i discuss the basic tags of html and also show how to link the html file to the external css file.
