Yo, whats up everyone! Here I ran into a nice spot to grind. There is some things to consider though. This requires you to not progress the story. Once you reach this area (you will know when you are there) You have to hack computers and if you keep failing to finish the hack, you can keep initiating the battle over and over. The reason why this is good grinding is because enemies just keep spawning endlessly and you don't have to do much to trigger the fight again. The enemy types are also relatively easy to kill and not threatening.
I was able to go from level 63 to 70+ in about 15 minutes as well as get a ton of FOL (remember to equip gear that increases drops.
