On October 31, 2020 my friend and I went to the Alice cafe in Ikebukuro to try the Halloween buffet. I know, that my Halloween video comes late this year. But as we went on the 31th it would have been hard, to get it out on time anyway. However, you can visit the Alice cafe all year and it is an amazing place with cute decorations, the staff is super nice and the food is really great. It surpassed my expectations and I can highly recommend going there. However, you might want to make a reservation first. At least we had to make one for the buffet. I'm not sure if you need one for a regular visit. But these kind of cafes are very popular and often full.
